1 Credit = 1 Mushroom ID. Every time you run the AI mushroom identifier, it simply uses up one credit from your plan.
For subscription plans, unused credits roll over to the next month. Credit packages are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account, click on your profile picture (usually in the top right corner), and select Manage Subscription from the menu.
Your access and monthly credits will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. Please note that the cancellation will take effect at that time.
Generally, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions (Monthly or Annual) or purchased Credit Packs. However, if you have issues with your purchase, such as suspected credit card fraud or significant technical problems, or if you have not used the mushroom identifier since purchase, please contact us at support@mushroomidentification.online. We will review your situation individually and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Credit Package offers one-time access to our AI mushroom identifier, no subscription required. Purchasing a package grants you a set number of credits valid for 12 months from purchase. These credits supplement your mushroom identification needs without recurring payments and provide excellent value for occasional users. Access via the package continues until all credits are consumed or the 12-month expiry date is reached.
