Mushroom Identification Pricing

10 Credits = 1 Mushroom ID. Every time you run the AI mushroom identifier, it simply uses up 10 credits from your plan.

For subscription plans, unused credits roll over to the next month. Credit packages are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Just log in, click your profile picture (top right), and select Manage Subscription.

Alternatively, visit the billing page to manage or cancel your subscription directly.

Your access and monthly credits will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. Please note that the cancellation will take effect at that time.

Generally, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions (Monthly or Annual) or purchased Credit Packs. However, if you have issues with your purchase, such as suspected credit card fraud or significant technical problems, or if you have not used the mushroom identifier since purchase, please contact us at support@mushroomidentification.online. We will review your situation individually and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Credit Packages: Credits from one-time packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Perfect if you just need the tool once in a while without a subscription.

Credit Package offers one-time access to our AI mushroom identifier, no subscription required. Purchasing a package grants you a set number of credits valid for 12 months from purchase. These credits supplement your mushroom identification needs without recurring payments and provide excellent value for occasional users. Access via the package continues until all credits are consumed or the 12-month expiry date is reached.

Our AI-powered mushroom identification system achieves over 95% accuracy for common species. but we always recommend using it as a guide alongside field guides and expert consultation. Never consume any mushroom based solely on AI mushroom identification.
