Subscription Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

Refund Policy for One-Time Credit Purchases

In most cases, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This is because digital goods (such as credits for mushroom identification) are considered consumed upon purchase.

  • Service Unavailability: If you are unable to use your purchased credits because our platform is unavailable or non-functional for an extended period due to a fault on our end, we will issue a refund for the unused credits affected.
  • Billing Errors: In case of a proven billing error, we will issue a refund for the overcharged amount.
  • Accidental Purchase: We'll consider a refund for accidental purchases if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and haven't used any credits. Please include your transaction ID and a brief explanation in your request.

Please note that dissatisfaction with the results of an AI-powered mushroom identification does not constitute a technical fault for refund purposes. The service provides probabilistic assessments, and accuracy may vary.

Notice for EU/UK Consumers

For consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to a "cooling-off" period of 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of digital content. However, when you purchase credits from us, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of this digital content. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the credits are delivered to your account.

Processing Time
